We value the bond of trust between our customers and MANZAAR, and we offer you the option to return products if they are damaged or incorrectly designed. In such cases, we will replace the product with a new one.
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 03 days of delivery, provided the following criteria are met:
• The item is unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, and not broken or tampered with.
• If the item came with a free promotional item, it must be returned as well.
• Refunds or replacements are subject to inspection by the MANZAAR team.
• Replacements depend on stock availability with the supplier. If the item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
• Please note that cash on delivery charges and shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.

• If you selected Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no refund to process as you have not made a payment for the order.

Unauthorized Charges on Your Card
